What should you know about the session?

In the first 10 days, babies spend more time asleep and still have no cramping, so these days are ideal for the session. It can also be done later, but it will be much more difficult and uncomfortable for the baby.

Ideally, the baby is asleep, so you have to feed him well, we will stop as many times as necessary for the corresponding bottle or breast shots. The room has to be at a temperature not less than 26ºC, which we will control so that the baby is not cold. It is recommended that only parents come to the session and that we transmit tranquility together to the newborn, so we will achieve a more intimate environment without distractions, remember to be 100% by and for the baby. In the event that one of the parents is missing, a relative can accompany them. If there are little brothers, of course you can not miss the appointment.

The session can last between 3 and 4 hours depending on the baby’s behavior, preferably in the morning to take advantage of natural light (or a sunny afternoon), they are sessions that you have to dedicate your time and patience, but I assure you that you will not regret it. It is recommended to book the session during pregnancy.
